Simparlia is a research project developed by researchers at the University of Oxford. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website at simparlia.com.
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us:
Email address — submitted via the waitlist signup form.
Company name and role — optionally submitted via the professional waitlist form.
We do not collect data passively. We do not process payment information. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Your data is used solely to manage the waitlist, communicate product updates, and notify you when access becomes available. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is processed by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) under their data processing agreement. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time.
